Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
A: Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by messaging us on our Instagram page with your order ID and name, or you can email us at officialkikoshop@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations after 24 hours, as your order will have already moved into production.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You will also receive your tracking ID within 2 to 3 days of placing your order. If you don't receive it within 5 to 6 days, please contact us at support or through Instagram.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Our standard delivery time is 7-10 working days from the order date. However, as a made-to-order brand, delivery times may vary based on stock availability and other factors. Please contact our customer service team if you have any concerns about delivery time.
Q: How do I know if my order is successfully placed?
A: You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, containing all the details including items purchased and shipping address. Once dispatched, you'll receive a second email with the tracking link.
Q: What is your refund/return/exchange policy?
A:
- Exchanges: Accepted within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns: Accepted only for manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the defect.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or sale items.
- Refunds: Once approved, only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
