- Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

- Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photos or videos showing the defect.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or expectations regarding size, colour, or style.
Sale Items
- Products purchased during a sale or with special discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
- Once a return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
