Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or expectations regarding size, colour, or style.

Sale Items

  • Products purchased during a sale or with special discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Once a return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method. 
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
